On arrival on site site we vacuumed the treatment area to remove debris and dust to allow full access to the timbers and limit dust borne contamination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exposed timbers were then sprayed on all sides with a permethrin-based micro-emulsion wood preservative concentrate. Warning cards were left on site to ensure no one assessed the treated areas for 1 hour in line with the manufacturers instructions.
